We make the best olive oil
Selected Olive trees
My name is Cristina Martin, and Los Lobos (The Wolves) was born from a very personal journey. After losing my parents, I felt the need to stay connected to my roots and to honour the love they had for our land. Moving to the UK made me realise how much I missed the true taste of Spanish olive oil, the same flavour that marked my childhood and family meals.
Through Los Lobos, I wanted to build a bridge between those two worlds: Spain and the UK, past and present, my family and yours. For me, sharing this oil isn’t about selling a product; it’s about keeping memories alive, celebrating tradition, and offering an authentic taste that I hope becomes part of your own story.
A Bridge Between Two Worlds
More than just an oil, it’s a legacy. Our family’s passion for olive cultivation began in rural Spain, in the sun-drenched hills of Colomera, Granada, back in 1870. This is where our story took root, with knowledge and techniques passed down through generations. Today, we continue to use our century-old olive groves to produce our oil, and we’ve brought that same love and commitment to your table here in the UK.
Los Lobos aims to honour all our ancestors, as well as their lives dedicated to the continuity and sustainability of the olive grove.
Cristina Martin
There is no greater satisfaction than honouring our ancestors with this international project. I am sure they would be proud to know that our local centenary olive trees are part of a large global community. Thanks for being part of it!
