Go Green, Go Green Olive is an international project that aims to raise awareness and bring olive oil consumers closer to the olive grove. It involves the possibility of sponsoring an olive tree from our groves after the purchase of four bottles of our extra virgin olive oils.
In return, the sponsor will give his or her name to an olive tree, which will be inscribed on a wooden label on the tree itself. In addition, they will receive photos of their olive tree every year.
With this project we intend to emotionally involve the EVOO consumer, who will also get the satisfaction of knowing that their money will be ploughed back into the local economy and contribute to the maintenance of sustainable agriculture.
Our olive trees have given a great deal to past generations. They have allowed our ancestors to feed themselves, to provide warmth and light, to make tools, etc. Our love for these trees and their centuries-old history is something that we at Los Lobos wish to share through the Go Green, Go Green Olive project.
